Healthscratches is meant for sharing self-owned documents. Any further use of Healthscratches must be agreed upon. In particular it is not allowed to upload the following documents:
Healthscratches reserves the right to delete violating documents and suspend or cancel the corresponding account without a refund.
While we try to ensure that the service is error free, we cannot guarantee that your files will not be damaged, deleted or lost. You acknowledge that you have a copy of all files and Healthscratches will not be responsible for any failure caused by files, hosted on Healthscratches.
Healthscratches does not grant any rights to the shared files, as it only acts as a technical service provider.
You are the only responsible for the files (e.g. PDFs) which you upload to the Healthscratches service. One is reminded that the illicit exchanges of protected works as well as the hacking harm artistic creation. One is reminded that also non the respect of the laws in force, in particular those concerning the respect of the intellectual and artistic property, can give place to continuations and judgments. One is reminded that Healthscratches has to give out your personal data (e.g. your IP address or email address) to authorities if it is required by law.
You agree that Healthscratches shall be permitted to charge your credit card on a monthly in advance of providing services. Payment is due upon invoicing. Service may be interrupted on accounts that reach 10 days past due.
You may cancel the service at any time by using the "Cancel Subscription" link located in the "Settings" menu. Cancellation of service does not relieve Subscriber of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges. All payments are not refundable.
